Institute was started in the year 2018.

Government Polytechnic Shamshabad, Agra currently offers three AICTE-approved diploma programmes: Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, and Leather Technology (Footwear Computer Aided Shoe Design). Each programme has an approved intake of 75 students.
